This is a heater core exchange service. Customer must send their OEM Heater Core to us before a new core will be sent.
We install a new core while using your old tanks.
We usually keep 1 rebuilt heater core in stock and can immediately exchange it once we receive yours. There however, may be a 2 week turn around time from the time we receive your OEM heater core until we send the new core depending on whether or not we have a new unit in stock at that time.

Returns
The inventory is always changing, and is not completely managed by us due to the involvement of multiple different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. The actual stock can be changed at any time. It's possible that you may not receive your purchase after it's been placed.
The policy is for 30 days. If the 30 days have elapsed from the date you purchased the product, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund the item must be in good condition and in the same state as when you received it in. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
